E-RECORDING:

AS OF JANUARY 23, 2017 OUR LAND RECORDS DIVISION has been accepting e‑recordings. Electronic Recordings are defined as electronically based submission of documents from an entity to our Clerk’s Office along with electronically based receipting of confirmation of said recordings from our Clerk’s Office to the recording entity.

NOTICE: Effective January 1, 2020, you will be required to have the property tax ID numbers on the first page of each document submitted for land recording. 

Instructions for Online/Secure Remote Access (SRA*) to Land Records(Annual Fee required):
1. Fill out an SRA Agreement. SRA Agreement must be signed and notarized and submitted via in person or by mail.

2. An annual fee of $600 per subscriber is required.   An individual attorney may request  an additional subscription for an assistant/secretary at the annual rate of $50 per person.  Submit Payment:

                a) In person
                b) By mail with check

3. Upon receipt of payment and signed/notarized agreement, the Clerk's Office will email the website link to the Secure Remote Access site as well as your user name and password.
