County Code addresses unnecessary noises, to include the prolonged making of noise of various animals (dogs) in Augusta County. 

Section A, Paragraph 2 indicates that any citizen having sufficient evidence of violation contained in the ordinances may present evidence and make affidavit to the Augusta County Magistrate and request issuance of a summons or warrant against another person.  In order to do so, citizens should contact the Magistrate's Office.
