The Fishersville Small Area Plan is rooted in and prompted by the Augusta County Comprehensive Plan.  The plan includes a history of the community, a description of the land uses and geographic features of the small area, and estimates of the community’s population and projections into the future. The core elements of the Plan details the 20-year vision, the Fishersville Future Land Use Map, and the Fishersville Thoroughfare Plan. The general information is followed by lists of goals, objectives, and policies. The Plan concludes with suggestions regarding development design as well as a brief implementation strategy.
